Learn more about DACA through NEA webinar

The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals and Undocumented Students (DACA) was created by President Obama in June 2012. It allows young people who were born abroad to stay in the United States without fear of being deported and pursue their dreams of giving back to the country they now call home. So far, more than half a million youth have taken advantage of the program.

As educators, you may be called on to help your eligible students and families complete the application process. NEA is hosting a webinar for educators who want to help students through the DACA process.

Join the online webinar hosted by NEA, the Immigration Advocates Network, the National Immigration Law Center, and Own the Dream on Wed., Feb. 26 from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. Reserve your place.
