March is Reading Month Fundraiser – Help Buy Books for Schools in Need

This year for March is Reading Month, the MEA Classroom Support Fund is raising money to buy books for schools that cannot afford them for their students.

As a thank you for donating, you’ll receive some amazing artwork by MEA member Sarah Ellis – she created the pieces to honor her colleague, Christine Beachler, who has been steadfastly advocating for students’ access to books in their local school district. Read more here.

  • For a $20 contribution, you’ll receive 20 notecards featuring Ellis’ art.
  • For a $60 contribution, you’ll receive the notecards PLUS a frame-able print of one of Ellis’ pieces (see below for choices).
  • For a $120 contribution, you’ll receive the notecards PLUS all five frame-able prints from the series Ellis created.

Please give generously to help encourage literacy for Michigan students in need!
