Screened Applicant List

Thank you for your interest in applying for a UniServ Director position at the MEA. Our goal is to attract and employ highly qualified and effective MEA UniServ Directors. Therefore, to be eligible to apply for a permanent UniServ Director position, an applicant must be on the Screened Applicant List (SAL).

The process for applying for the SAL is as follows:

  1. Submit your employment application (found on the MEA website) and curriculum vitae to the MEA Human Resources department. Please note that all required documents must be submitted in order to be considered further in the process.
  1. Once your application documents are received, your documents will be screened to ensure you meet our minimum requirements.
  1. If you meet the minimum requirements, the Human Resources department will contact you to schedule the following:
    • A bargaining simulation;
    • Testing – This will include Word, Excel, and a written scenario relating to contract language;
    • An interview
  1. Upon completion of the above items, you will be notified if you will be placed on the Screened Applicant List. Once you are placed on the Screened Applicant List, you are eligible to apply for permanent MEA UniServ Director vacancies.

Interviews will be scheduled quarterly in the months of March, June, September, and December.

Applications are due by the 1st of each interviewing month.
